Lavender Blue!

A well-known flower, famous for its aroma and healing properties, lavender is valuable in natural beauty remedies. It has the ability to normalise the secretions of the sebaceous glands, benefiting both dry and oily skin. Lavender inhibits bacteria and stimulates the growth of healthy new cells.

BEAUTY RECIPES

For a refreshing skin tonic for dry or oily skin, combine a handful of lavender flowers with 1 cup (240ml) of apple cider vinegar in a screw top jar. Add 3 cups (720ml) of rose water and let the flowers steep for a week. Shake once a day.

Strain and use daily on a cotton ball. Store in the refrigerator. For rough hands, combine 1 tbsp. (15ml) of almond oil with 7 drops of lavender oil and massage in.
